1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 65,30,335 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.

3. As of November 9, 2016, the final withdrawal date, the Plaintiff claimed for the payment of damages for delay from November 10, 2016, which is the following day. However, the damages for delay on unpaid wages under the Labor Standards Act shall be calculated from the date following the 14th day after the retirement date (Article 37 of the Labor Standards Act). As such, the Plaintiff’s damages for delay shall be recognized only as from November 24, 2016, when 14 days after the date of the Plaintiff’s final withdrawal date, and the part claiming damages for delay from November 10, 2016 to November 23, 2016 shall be dismissed.
