The defendant is a driver of a cargo vehicle B ton.

On February 28, 2013, around 00:16, the vehicle was driven under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.160% at the section of approximately two kilometers in front of the Gyeongsan-dong located in the Gyeongsan-dong, Daegu-gu, Singu, Sinsan-si, and also in front of the Gyeongsan-dong.
