On November 21, 2012, at around 18:45, the Defendant driven the above co-owned vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.158% of blood alcohol concentration at the distance of approximately 30 meters from the four distances in front of the Central Elementary School located in the Busan Central Elementary School, which is located in the same Dong.
