(2) On April 28, 2009, the Plaintiffs concluded a contract for construction work in the form of a long-term contract (hereinafter “instant contract for construction work”) with the Defendant and C corporation (hereinafter “instant construction work”) on the basis of a total construction cost of KRW 79,432,430,000, the date of commencement, April 30, 2009, and April 29, 2014, with the total construction completion date of construction work as of April 29, 2014.
