A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 from the Seoul Central District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 from the Incheon District Court to the same crime on October 10, 201, respectively.

On July 17, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving Bran-do automobiles, driven the said automobiles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.129%, and entered the direction from the edge of the mouth 227-1, Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to the direction of the island on the edge of the runway 227-1, 201.

As above, the Defendant did not properly see the steering gear and brakes in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and did not accurately operate the steering gear and brakes, and caused the injury to the victim E (the 29 years old) who was driven by the injured party C (the 30 years old) who was driven by the central line due to the negligence in the course of duty, by taking the front part of the left part of the car at the end of the durs-to-land, with the upper part of the durs-to-land driving by the above durs-to-land with the upper part of the above durs-to-land with the upper part of the above durs-to-land with the upper part of the above durs-to-day medical treatment for about 3 weeks.
