Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of 1,089 square meters of land for factory in Yangju-si B.

1. A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission from April 2013 to June 20 of the same year, constructed a single-story factory building of 328.02 square meters in which the wall and roof are covered by the assembly-type panel in the above factory site, which is a planned control area, and reconstructed a factory building of 374.97 square meters in total floor area by extending a factory building of 43.2 square meters in the same way as a warehouse covering the wall and roof by prefabricated-type 3.75 square meters in a prefabricated-type panel.

2. The Defendant, without filing a report with the competent authority at the same place, constructed a steel pole and a pole, and constructed a temporary building of 18m2 square meters in which one container stuff is added on that day.
