1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C in Gyeongbuk-gun B.

A person who intends to construct or repair a building outside an urban area shall obtain permission from the competent authority.

Nevertheless, on October 2018, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, extended the wall and the roof to the board in the area of 75.95 square meters (24.5 meters in length, 3.1 meters in width) of the factory building in the area of 836.25 square meters (2 meters in length) on the front of the building in the area of 836.25 square meters, and extended the machine room to the area of 7.8 square meters in the north of the factory (ware) building in the area of 134.85 square meters (3.9 meters in width, 2 meters in width), and extended the machine room to the board inside the above factory (ware) for the purpose of warehouse, 202 square meters in the area of 78 square meters (10 meters in length, 7.8 meters in width) for the purpose of entering the above 2nd floor, and extended the area of 7.68 square meters in the area of the remaining 7.68 square meters (1.2 meters in width) in the area of the 25 square meters in the building (105 meters in width)

Accordingly, the Defendant extended a total of 205.43 square meters without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
