1. The Defendant’s KRW 150 million to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from August 18, 2016 to September 26, 2016, as follows.

The Plaintiff joined as a member of the “Dong Sea Hotel” operated by the Defendant (member number B: 150 million won) and the above membership agreement was terminated on August 17, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 150 million won and to pay damages for delay calculated at each rate of 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from August 18, 2016, which is the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint from August 18, 2016 to September 26, 2016, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
