가. 주식회사 햄튼(이하 ‘햄튼’이라 한다)은 2010. 5. 6. 피고 회사가 운영하는 골프클럽큐 안성(이하 ‘이 사건 골프클럽’이라 한다)의 회원으로 가입하는 입회계약(이하 ‘이 사건 입회계약’이라 한다)을 체결하였다.
