Defendant

A is under suspension of execution after being sentenced to two years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Daegu District Court on June 20, 2017, which became final and conclusive on June 28, 2017.

On May 2018, the Defendants: (a) leased an officetel in the name of Defendant B; (b) leased the D Building E in the name of Kimhae-si; (c) Kimhae-si F Building E; and (d) around July 2018, the G Building H in the name of Defendant B; (b) Defendant A shared the supply and demand of sexual traffic women; (c) management of commercial sex trade women; (d) commercial sex trade advertising; (e) customer reservation; and (e) Defendant C shared the financing of funds necessary for the operation of the business; and (e) Defendant A and Defendant C shared the profits from arranging commercial sex acts at the rate of 30%; and (e) Defendant B shared the financing of funds necessary for the operation of the business.

1. The Defendants in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) conspiredd as above from May 2018 to March 27, 2019 to advertise commercial sex acts with the trade name of “I” and “I” on the Internet website as described in paragraph (2) below, and arranged commercial sex acts by employing five female women of the motherland including “K” as the towing name of “K” as the female sex acts, and by making the said female sexual sex acts to have them sexual intercourse with their customers.
