1. The Defendant’s “Plaintiff” in attached Form 1 refers to the Plaintiffs’ wage account statement as indicated in attached Form 1.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant company (hereinafter "the defendant company") is a company running bus transport business, and the plaintiffs, the plaintiffs (appointed parties) and the designated parties indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter "the plaintiff et al.") are those who worked or worked as a driver in the defendant company.

B. The labor relationship between the Plaintiff, etc. and the Defendant Company is based on a collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the Defendant Company and the FC Trade Union EK branch (hereinafter “trade union”). The main contents of the collective agreement and wage agreement from 2007 to 2012 are as follows.

1) The number of working hours and working hours in a working system shall be the 14th day of each month in the case of an employee of an operating vehicle in the city, the 19th day of each month in the case of an employee of an external driving vehicle, and the average daily working hours shall be 14 hours and 30 minutes in the case of an operating vehicle in the city, and 11 hours in the case of an external driving vehicle. 2) The wage of a driver of a wage system shall be calculated on the basis of the daily basic wage (basic wage x 8 hours in the case of a basic wage) as determined by the wage agreement between labor and management (hereinafter “basic wage”), and the monthly basic wage shall be calculated on the basis of this.

Basic pay is the basis for calculating various allowances. From September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2008, the basic pay is 5,046.52 won, and from September 1, 2008, the basic pay is set differently according to the salary class by introducing the salary class system according to the continuous service period from September 1, 2008.

3) Wage calculation hours for wage calculation shall be 14 hours and 30 minutes including 8 hours of basic daily work and 6 hours and 30 minutes of overtime work, one hour of overtime work shall be night work, and 1.5 times of basic daily wage shall be paid for overtime work, and additional 0.5 times of basic daily wage shall be paid for overtime work, and 0.5 times of basic daily wage for overtime work, which shall be paid in addition to 0.5 times of basic daily wage. 4.3 days of weekly holiday allowance shall be average monthly wage.
