The defendant is not guilty, and the purport of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.

1. Facts charged and the defendant's assertion

A. On April 30, 2012, the Defendant appeared in the court of Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court No. 424-1, Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, Seocho-gu, Seoul, as a witness, and took an oath on the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) against G of the above court No. 2011 and 1367.

While the Defendant testified before the presiding judge H of the above court’s 25 criminal division, the Defendant testified from the public prosecutor that “I would like to talk about I that I would like to consider real estate and stocks by the Defendant.” However, there was a fact that the Defendant made the above remarks to I several times.

The defendant testified from the presiding judge that "I know that there is no person who has a knowledge about the witness's surroundings who has lent or invested money to the defendant", but the defendant was aware that the J, who was aware of the fact, was about lending money to G and invested money for stock investment.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.

B. Of the facts charged in the instant case, the Defendant stated that there was no fact that the Defendant acquired real estate, stocks, etc. while dialogueing I with I, or lent money around the Defendant.
