Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on February 5, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 21, 2015.

1. A around March 1, 2017, Defendant A, under the influence of alcohol in front of the building C in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, on March 1, 2017, on the ground that the victim E (59 years old) did not reach an agreement on the previous assault case, Defendant A committed an assault by drinking the victim’s face at one time.

1. From September 5, 2016, around 08:30 on September 5, 2016, Defendant A suffered injury, such as a diversative dynassis, in the family room of the victim E (59) in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Incheon, on the ground that the victim was aware of his/her own telephone, Defendant A suffered from the victim’s frying of his/her chest, walking the victim’s chest with his/her chest, and her grandchildren, etc., for about 6 to 7 weeks, the victim was in need of approximately 3 weeks of medical treatment.
2. Defendant A, on September 6, 2016, talked about the assault case as set out in paragraph 1 at the front of the place set out in paragraph 1, around September 17:31, 2016, he would have to die.
