Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2020, at around 18:00, the Defendant found the victim D(68 tax) in the “C” store operated by the Defendant in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and caused the construction of apartment repair, the Defendant carried the victim’s chest part by hand, pushed off the entrance, opened the entrance, let the victim’s left part facing the door, and used the victim’s hand to have the victim exceeded the floor.
