A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2018, the Defendant of obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) caused a traffic accident involving the above trees on the sidewalk while driving a horse-type car in the vicinity of the 283-2 viewing distance at the city of 13:57, 2018, and (b) attempted to flee when the police officers belonging to the Kuju Police Station C District Unit that received 112 reports arrive at the site; (c) however, police officers belonging to the said C District group were assaulted twice of the face of the said D’s face on the ground of a flag.

2. On October 29, 2018, the Defendant damaged the property by taking advantage of the face of D, as described in paragraph 1, on the street prior to the 33-6 distance of investigation at the time of Won-dong, 13:59, the Defendant 20,000 won of the front glass of the FF-learning car owned by the victim E, who was standing in the vicinity of the 33-6 distance of investigation at the time of Won-dong, and damaged the repair cost by taking one time the front glass of the fright car owned by the victim E, who was standing in the vicinity of the 33-6 distance of investigation.
