A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury to Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving B-learning automobiles.

On April 10, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.19% of blood alcohol level around 01:50 on April 10, 202, and the Defendant driven the above-learning car along the front apartment road in the original city, and the front apartment road in front of the original city, and the front road in the direction of viewing distance from the ronoc road in the upper city.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim F. (ma., South, 28 years old) of clocks, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two-day medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim G (ma., South, and 26 years old) of the said strings that require approximately two-day medical treatment.

2. Around 01:50 on April 10, 2020, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.19% from the 1km section to the roads in front of the city apartment, from the first place located in H at Won-si to around the same city apartment.
