On September 1, 2012, around 02:04, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.071% at a distance of about 1km from the front day of the head of Sinsan-dong, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si to the front day of the Sinsan-do, where the trade name located in the Sinsan-dong.
