1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff at a rate of KRW 10 million and 20% per annum from July 4, 2014 to the date of full payment.

If Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 reveals the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff and the defendant agree to pay KRW 100 million to the plaintiff on August 13, 2008, and there is no reflective evidence.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from July 4, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the plaintiff, as the contract amount of KRW 100 million and its payment date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
