1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 100 million and the Defendants B from April 21, 2020 to April 20, 2020.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence No. 1 of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff agreed to receive KRW 100 million, such as the loan lent to Defendant B, until October 15, 2019, and the Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of Defendant B to the Plaintiff pursuant to the above agreement.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 100 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from April 21, 2020 to April 22, 2020, Defendant C, as the next day following the service of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
