1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a teacher of B elementary school on April 20, 1991 and served as C elementary school teacher from March 1, 2013 to August 11, 2015.

B. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant requested the Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee for Public Educational Officials to make a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff for the following reasons.

1. When guiding a school and class to be exclusively in charge of science at C elementary school from April 2015 to June 1, 2015, a teacher for disciplinary action against a discipline accused person falls under the category A (Seoul elementary school) of C elementary school and class, and some female students in five years of the class are required to put his/her shoulder on his/her shoulder, be aground and blue his/her shoulder on his/her chest, and use his/her hair with his/her hair, blue, hing off his/her hair, hing off his/her hair, cutting off his/her arms, sit his/her arms, and cutting his/her arms up his/her will, she seems to use his/her shoulder, she seems to have violated the Public Educational Officials Act, she is required to put his/her duty to take disciplinary action on his/her upper part, she is not required to put his/her body 6th day off and her mouth, she is in violation of the Public Educational Officials Act."

C. On December 10, 2016, the Gyeonggi-do General Disciplinary Committee for Public Educational Officials decided to dismiss the Plaintiff, deeming that the grounds for the above disciplinary resolution can be recognized. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant issued a dismissal disposition against the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

On January 19, 2016, the Plaintiff dissatisfied with the instant disposition and filed an appeal review with the Teachers’ Appeal Committee. However, on March 9, 2016, the said Committee dismissed its appeal.
