1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the Plaintiffs, which orders the following payment to Defendant E, is lost.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. around May 15, 2013, Defendant E was awarded a contract for the replacement work with L for KRW 21,00,000,000 from L (hereinafter “instant building”). Around that time, Defendant E awarded a contract for the installation and dismantling work for the instant construction work to Defendant F in the first instance trial co-defendant F in KRW 3,20,000.
B. At around 07:30 on May 27, 2013, the Co-Defendant F of the first instance trial ordered three workers, including the deceased I (hereinafter “the deceased”) at the above H building.
