B As a representative of E, a person responsible for the management of safety and health of his employees and contractors. Defendant A, as a representative of F, is a business owner who has employed five workers and executed temporary materials leasing and construction business, with the “non-building installation and dismantling construction work” in the “H restaurant building repair work” in the above Defendant B’s “H restaurant building repair work” in the above Defendant B from the above Defendant B in the following cities: (a) is a business owner who has executed construction work with the payment of construction cost of KRW 3,200,000, and is a business owner in charge of safety management at the above construction site, including the victim I(34).

1.
