The Defendant is a driver of C Vehicle.

On April 19, 2018, the driver of a motor vehicle, etc. is not allowed to drive a motor vehicle with a speed higher than that of the maximum speed due to the speed limit, but drive the motor vehicle at 79 km from the D section in Asia-si where the maximum speed limit of light is 60 km.
