피고인은 2017. 8. 30. 11:24 경 서울에 있는 역명을 알 수 없는 지하철 2호 선 지하철역 계단에서, 옅은 보라색 치마를 입은 채 걸어가는 성명을 알 수 없는 피해자의 뒤를 따라가면서 자신이 소유하던 휴대전화( 모델 명: 아이 폰 6S) 의 동영상 촬영기능을 실행시켜 그 휴대전화로 피해자의 치마 속 부위를 촬영하였다.

When a conviction on the instant criminal facts subject to the obligation to register and submit personal information under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act is confirmed, the Defendant becomes a person subject to registration of personal information under the main sentence of Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and is obligated to submit personal information to a related agency pursuant to Article 43 of the same Act.

The defendant's age, occupation, and risk of repeating a crime is exempted from the disclosure or notification order.
