A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (ma, 54 years old) are married married couple for four years, and the defendant is the victim of the ordinary family.

On the other hand, on the ground that the victim does not receive the loan in the name of his/her father, the victim was living separately in the damaged place of residence.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim while carrying dangerous objects, thereby causing the victim to be treated for three weeks.
