Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000 (three million).

When the defendant does not pay a fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2016, at around 22:05, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by getting off the taxi in the victim B’s taxi in front of the mobilization market located at 74-lane 45-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with a view to getting off the taxi in the victim B’s taxi in front of the mobilization market located at 74-lane 45-gil, with a view to getting off the taxi in the victim B, with a view to getting off the taxi, and getting off the card terminal installed in the taxi, and thereby hindering the victim’s taxi business by getting out about 20 minutes.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, was arrested as a flagrant offender on April 28, 2016 on the ground of the same act as set forth in paragraph (1) of the same Article, and was brought to the front 27-lane at the top 27-lane in Seoul Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. From the same day until 23:00 of the same day, the Defendant expressed a large voice of “spatch, spatf, spat, and spatf, spatf, spatf, and spatf,” and spat down on the floor, spat down on the floor, and spat down on a book located therein, and spat down in the government office with very rough and disorderly words and actions.
