Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2011, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor at the Suwon District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the said punishment on March 11, 2012.

1. At around 01:50 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant issued an order to “E” entertainment tavern operated by the victim D in the Gyeonggi-gun, which was operated by the victim D, for drinking alcohol, as if he did not have any intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order to pay the price, and he/she received an order to pay the price as if he/she would have paid the price. In doing so, the Defendant was provided with an alcoholic beverage of KRW 3.50,00 in total with an alcoholic beverage and an alcoholic beverage of KRW 3.5 million from the said victim.

On March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:40, the “H main store” operated by the Victim G in Seosan F and the second floor; (b) the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order of alcoholic beverage, he/she ordered 30 to be engaged in the payment of the price; and (c) the Defendant, who is a female employee, was provided with 450,000 won in total from the said victim.

At around 03:10 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the instant car by launching the victim’s K-owned LAc motor vehicle’s top even, which was parked on the front’s street, without any justifiable reason, before the point of “J” located in Seocho-si I, Seosan-si; and (b) thereby destroying the said car so that its estimated repair costs can be avoided.
