A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 02:30 on December 29, 2019, the Defendant intending to open the door door door door of the D, which is the victim F and the victim G, who is the police box of the Faman Police Station, sent out after receiving 112 a report to the effect that he/she wanted to open the door door door door door door door of the D, which was located in B apartment C at a leisure time, and was called out by the victim G, who is the police box of the F and the police station, for the Defendant to stop home to the Defendant, the Defendant saw that he/she was able to write back the Defendant, and “Wak k k k k k k k k k

At around 02:32 on December 29, 2019, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) the above F and the above G used the Defendant to have returned home, and (b) the Defendant she was on board the elevator with others, the above F and the above G on the sixth floor in order to return home, and (c) the elevator she was on board the elevator with others, the above F and the above G on the first floor, and (d) the elevator she was on board the elevator, and (e) the elevator she was on the first floor, thereby preventing the defect that the above F and the above G were about to go, and (e) preventing the Defendant from pushing the said G on his body twice by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
