A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On August 8, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime, around 04:31, 2019, which was kept without correction in the vicinity of the Hanam-si B, and was stolen by arbitrarily bringing one bicycle for 700,000 won of the victim C’s market value.

나. 2020. 1. 14. 범행 피고인은 2020. 1. 14. 16:00경 하남시 D에 있는 ‘E’ 앞 자전거보관대에서 시정되지 않은 채 보관되어 있던 피해자 F 소유 시가 50만 원 상당의 블랙캣 27.5인치 M5 자전거를 임의로 가져가 절취하였다.

2. In the same manner, it was stolen by taking one copy of the victim M-ownership N card, the customer of the above gas station, who was kept in the United States.

3. On September 11, 2020, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) at the “P” convenience store located in the Hanam-siO on September 11, 2020; and (b) the convenience store in name.
