A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 826"

1. On March 27, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) was a trial expense on the ground that the Defendant was unsatisfed with the victim C (the age of 37) in front of Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, and the Defendant was satisf, and the Defendant was sating the victim’s breath, and the Defendant was satching with the flab, and the Defendant was satisfing the victim’s flab.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim C in conjunction with D.

In the date, time, place, the victim E (the 37-year-old) of the above C in combination with the above C, the victim E (the 37-year-old) was tightly sealed, and the part of the victim's blue face was blue in response to the blue face, against which the victim's blue part was blue, and the victim's blue part was blue so that the victim's blue can not be treated for about 28 days.

3. The Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively weapons, etc.) committed assault against the victim by inserting inserted (one meter in total length) at the neighboring construction site on the ground that the victim F (38 years of age) who was a criminal of the above C was about to the Defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

On June 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:10 on June 25, 2014, the Daegu Seo-gu Police Station located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 26-ro 1-0 (Non-dong) and the Defendant considered that he paid the taxi fee while talking about the payment of the taxi fee to a police officer on the taxi boarding the Defendant; (b) on the ground that the police officer heard the horse of the taxi engineer and told him to pay the taxi fee, he she saw him to pay the taxi fee. Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
