Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2020, the name omitted person who was the cause of the Singing Organization of Bosing Organization of 2020 Man-Ma1382 sent letters to the victim B stating that it is possible to lend a low interest rate by misrepresenting himself/herself to a financial institution at a non-place on April 8, 2020, and the communication victim made a false statement to the victim by telephone, stating that “If a person obtains a loan again with another financial institution before a certain period of time has not elapsed after receiving the loan from another financial institution, he/she is in violation of the Financial Act, and all of the existing loans should be repaid.”

However, in fact, the above-mentioned person did not have the intention or ability to provide the loan to the victim because he did not think of the money from the victim by telephone financial fraud, but did not have an employee of financial institution.

On the other hand, the Defendant received a proposal from the person who was unaware of his name at the time, stating that “the Defendant would pay the said money at the time of receiving the said money,” and intended to take part in the crime of telephone financial fraud by the said person. Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims in collusion with the above-mentioned person.
