Article 2 Project 1 Business Outline

(a) Project name: A project to cultivate and sell long-cerebral ginseng;

(b) The business site: 1,260,793 square meters of land in the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, and six pieces of land;

Business period: (1) In order to purchase loan claims under this Agreement, an asset management company shall set up the instant fund, which is a special asset indirect investment fund, within the scope of 14 billion won by means of private placement in accordance with the Act on Business of Operating Indirect Investment and Assets and the relevant regulations; (2) in accordance with the Act on Business of Operating Indirect Investment and Assets and the relevant regulations, an asset management company and a trustee company enter into an investment trust contract with the fund created for the establishment of the fund under the Act on Business of Operating Indirect Investment and Assets and the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, and the asset management company shall deposit the amount equivalent to the said fund with the trustee company in accordance with the relevant investment trust contract, and the trustee company shall

Article 15. (3) The borrower shall cultivate, manage and sell, and sell, any long-term brain ginseng planted in the project site through a business trustee.

(4) Where all of the long-term brain ginseng and seeds owned by the borrower are not sold as principal and interest of loan until the day immediately preceding the due date for loan, the business trustee shall take over all of the above-mentioned brain ginseng and seeds from the borrower from the due date for loan to KRW 16.96 billion.

Article 26. The borrower shall be a beneficiary between the insurer and the insurer approved by the asset management company.
