Reasons
38. The term "non-performance of obligations" means any of the causes listed in the subparagraphs of Article XIV(1) of this Arrangement; 40. SECTION 4 (Loan Agreements) In accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, the borrower shall borrow from the lender an amount of money to the extent of KRW 3,00,000,000,000, and the lender shall agree to lend that amount to the borrower.
