Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a dump truck driver.

Nevertheless, at around 10:55 on December 26, 2016, the Defendant passed a lane on which load measurement equipment is installed in the Cheong River Business Office of the Cheong River Corporation in the direction of Sungnam-do, Korea, the Cheongnam-do, Seoul, and the Defendant was discovered as a result of the first inspection to violate the restriction on operation, and failed to comply with the request of the relevant public official for re-examination without justifiable grounds.
