Punishment of the crime

A truck with a maximum loading capacity of at least 4.5 tons operating on roads shall pass through the lane or place where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed for the purpose of measuring the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, the Defendant’s “C” as stated in B’s indictment around February 4, 2017, at around 14:54, is apparent that it is a clerical error. As such, the Defendant driven a corrected truck ex officio, passing through the outer expressway Kim Jong-si 209-23, 319, a 319-gil, as the Gyeonggi-si Kimpo-si, Kim Jong-si, and passed through the outer expressway Kimpo-si, where the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed, without passing through the lane.
