Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply to the Mayor/Do governor for the registration of transfer of automobile ownership within fifteen days after it was purchased;

Nevertheless, on February 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased 5.5 million won from a person infinite name in front of the World Cup stadium No. B, which was located in Daegu Suwon-gu, 180, the 12:00 on February 7, 2016, and did not transfer the ownership of a motor vehicle in the name of the Defendant until February 22, 2016.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

A. Nevertheless, on February 7, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bac-si car that was not covered by mandatory insurance from the front side of the World Cup stadium, located in 180, Daegu Suwon-gu, Incheon-si, to the Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan-gu, to the Busan Gangseo-gu, Dac-si Road.

B. Nevertheless, on April 21, 2016, the Defendant driven a BN Scoo-si car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads of Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government (Seoul) to the front of the CV hospital located at the lower end of the Busan Metropolitan Government (SY).

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
