Reasons
Criminal facts
1. At around 15:00 on March 13, 2019, Defendant A- the victim’s head part was removed from the D office in Seongdong-gu Seoul (58 years of age)’s operation of Defendant A and the Defendant filed a complaint with the victim due to non-rash, etc. (the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office No. 2018-type and No. 60398, 20398, suspected of suspicion on February 26, 2019) while talking with the victim, Defendant A- the victim’s head part was cut back once on his/her son’s son, and the victim’s head was laid down on his/her son’s son’s son, and the remaining part was laid off by carrying the victim’s head with his/her head’s remaining head, and the victim was able to treat the victim by two parts during his/her day after taking the victim’s son’s son’s head, and the victim’s body was laid off.
