1. The Defendant’s KRW 2,244,00 as well as 5% per annum from June 26, 2018 to July 11, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff refers to all services, such as credit card companies and credit sales approval and automatic transfer, provided by value-added network providers (referring to persons registered with the Financial Services Commission in accordance with the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act for value-added networks, such as credit cards, as defined in Article 2 subparag. 8-3 of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act) in the course of establishing a communications network related to credit cards and mediating credit card companies and chain stores.

The purpose of service business is a company established for the purpose of service business, and the defendant is a company established for the purpose of cleaning business and franchise store recruitment.

On January 1, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a service contract for VN to exclusively supply VN services to the Defendant’s franchise store (hereinafter “instant contract”), and the details are as follows:

Article 4 (Period of Contract) This Agreement shall enter into force on January 1, 2015, and the basic contract period shall be three years.

Provided, That it shall be conducted through mutual consultation three months prior to the expiration date of the contract.

Article 6 (Terms and Conditions of Support) The equipment and development costs required in connection with this contract, the bearing of monthly expenses, and the terms and conditions of support under this paragraph shall be as follows.
