Punishment of the crime

1. On June 29, 2013, at around 15:42, the Defendant: (a) installed a galthopt 2 cell phone with a short 3-ro 3 subway lines of 59 subway lines of the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) installed a galthopt 2 cell phone with a device to take the body of the victim (on the other hand) under his/her name unfortunateed name prior to 200, and taken the body of the victim who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on 38 consecutive occasions against his/her female’s will.

2. At around 15:44 on the same day, the Defendant took the body of the victim’s body, who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame in front of the instant subway station, in a series of series 81 times against her will, with the intent to take the body of the victim’s body in front of the instant subway station (e.g., age distress) and who might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.
