Criminal facts

1. On June 2, 2018, at around 10:17, the Defendant taken photographs of the parts of the victim’s body, such as bucks and bucks, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shames, from the electric train that is operated in the direction of the military air station in the front-dong of the subway No. 129-ro 1 line in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, in the front-ro 129 Station, on one occasion, and taken the body of the victim against his will.

2. On July 3, 2018, at around 17:16, the Defendant taken photographs of the parts of the victim’s body, such as bucks, bucks, etc., of the victim’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, from the electric vehicle operated in the direction of a military buck station in the front-ro 3 Station.

3. On July 3, 2018, at around 17:16, the Defendant taken the body of the victim against his/her will, by photographing the parts of the body of the victim, such as bucks, bucks, etc., which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, from the electric vehicle operated in the direction of a military buck station in the front line, on two occasions.

4. On July 13, 2018, at around 10:01, the Defendant taken photographs of the parts of the victim’s body, such as buckbucks, etc. on one occasion, from the electric vehicle operated in the direction of a military buck station in the front-ro 3 Station, which might cause sexual humiliation or shame, against the victim’s will.

5. On July 26, 2018, at around 10:30 on July 26, 2018, the Defendant tried to photograph the body of a female victim against his/her will, by using the cell phone camera function in the front line of the subway line, which is operated in the direction of the viewing station in the front line of the subway line of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu. The Defendant attempted to photograph the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame because it did not come to the wind exposed to the security officers belonging to the Seoul Transportation Corporation, and thus, attempted to take photographs of the victim’s body against his/her will.
