Reasons
The recognition of the project and the name of the public announcement of the project: D business (E industrial complex; hereinafter referred to as the "project in this case"): F business operator announced in Ansan-si on January 16, 2015: The plaintiffs, which are part of the land owned by the plaintiffs, were owned by 1/2 of the lands in the initial lot number, land category, and original area column (hereinafter referred to as "each land in this case") in the attached Table 1 [Attachment 1], and according to the above public announcement, each corresponding part of the land in this case [Attachment 1] included in the project district in the corresponding part (hereinafter referred to as "the incorporated part in this case"), and as a result, [Attachment 1] the remaining land number, the area of each land (hereinafter referred to as "the remaining part of this case") in the attached Table 2], and the remaining land area (hereinafter referred to as "the remaining part of this case] are not included in the attached Table 1].

On November 25, 2019, the Gyeonggi-do Local Land Tribunal filed an application for adjudication on November 25, 2019 with the Gyeonggi-do Local Land Tribunal to seek compensation for the loss of the remaining land value of this case, but the Gyeonggi-do Local Land Tribunal dismissed it on November 25, 2019.
