According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court of first instance, the ground for appeal by the plaintiff is not different from the argument by the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment by the court of first instance are justified (the plaintiff asserts that the defendant puts the seal of the plaintiff under Gap 3-2 (Supplementary Evidence) or Eul 2 (Supplementary Evidence), but the evidence submitted by the plaintiff alone is insufficient to acknowledge the above argument and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it). Accordingly, the court's explanation on this case is identical to the ground of the judgment of first instance, and therefore, it is justified in the judgment of first instance pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal by the court of first instance is dismissed as it is without merit.
