The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant is the representative director of the (ju)C of the fourth floor of the Busan Shipping Daegu Building 2, and the complainant is an employee of the said company.

On September 2016, the Defendant: (a) took the hand of the complainants who sing their own singing and went out of the singing room while serving in the Esing room located on the second floor of the Busan Shipping Daegu building B, Busan; (b) took the hand of the complainants, including the complainant D (35 years old); and (c) took the hand of the complainants who sing their own singing.

The defendant continued to attract the complainant into the above sudio, and tried to attract the complainant's face to the complainant's face after pushing the complainant's self-camper, pressing the complainant's resistance with both arms, leaving the complainant's face.

As above, the Defendant forced the complainant to commit an indecent act.

2. On January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around January 17, 2018, up to F in Suwon-gu, Busan, and employees, including Da (n, 36 years old); and (b) during a meeting with the Defendant’s hand, he saw the Defendant’s hand on his own table.

As above, the Defendant forced the complainant to commit an indecent act.

"2018 Highest 2095" means a person who works as the representative director of the (State)C established for the purpose of maintaining and managing facilities in accordance with the building G of Busan Metropolitan City, and H, the complainant, upon receipt of a proposal from the Defendant to request work from the Defendant, is a person who received 30% of the shares of (State) C between September 201 and October 201, and worked as the Defendant in (State)C.

On July 18, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the complainant at a place where he was not a policeman, “I must prepare a real estate sales contract in formality in order to transfer I stocks to the Bank of Korea on July 18, 2017,” stating that “I stocks to transfer I stocks to the Bank of Korea in order to transfer I stocks in order to the Bank of Korea.”
