Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

On January 23, 2018, at around 11:55, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license, proceeded with two lanes of the six-lanes of the Scongcheon apartment distance in Gyeongcheon-dong.

A person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well in the front line and to safely drive the motor vehicle in a safe way.
