In regard to the crimes No. 1-A and No. 2-1 of the Criminal Code No. 1 of the judgment of the defendant, one month of imprisonment and the remaining crimes.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor or two years of suspended execution on July 24, 2014 due to intrusion theft at night at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 24, 2014.

1. Night-time theft;

A. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim C’s residence at night; (b) invaded into the victim C’s house located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; and (c) invaded into the victim C’s house located in Busan Jin-gu; and (d) stolen the victim’s market price of KRW 160,000, 200, 200, 200, and 2.

B. On March 3, 2015, the Defendant thefted the victim E’s night residence intrusion (hereinafter “victim E”) with four panty points of a female panty point of an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000,00 in the market price of the victim’s laund located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and went into the victim E’s house located in the Busan Jin-gu, and went into a laundry machine located in the laund.

2. On May 15, 2013, the Defendant intrudes upon the victim’s house in Busan-gu, Busan-do, and stolen the victim’s house with one panty point and one brue point in a laund amounting to KRW 60,000, the market price of the victim’s house located in the laundry machine located in the laundry machine, which was opened at the victim’s house in Busan-gu, Busan-do around 05:30 on the date, and stolen the victim’s house. From around that time to September 15, 2015, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s house on seven occasions in total, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and stolen the total market price of KRW 260,00,00, respectively.
