B is a corporation established for the purpose of scrap metal, non-ferrous iron wholesale, retail, etc., and the actual representative of the defendant who has obtained permission for the comprehensive waste recycling business with the location of the disposal facilities as the C building, D, and E-dong, and after receiving waste disposal and transportation costs from each waste-generating company, such as (ju)F, he/she leased the waste and decided to store the waste in an unauthorized place.

B: (1) from October 5, 2018 to March 7, 2019 of the same month, B kept 2,089.4 tons of wastes received from G, H, and I in Ansan-si, G, and H storage; (2) from October 11, 2018 to October 23, 2018 of the same month, the wastes 5,508.34 tons of wastes received from the State F, and from the State K, etc. to March 6, 2019; and (3) from November 7, 2018 to March 7, 2019 to transported 8,794.19 tons of wastes received from L to June 2, 2019; and (4) from February 27, 2019 to March 27, 2019 to the Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (5) stored the wastes to the Posi-gu, Incheon among the Posi 2036.

The defendant committed the crime is a corporation established with the location of the defendant as C building, D, and E Dong for the purpose of scrap metal, non-ferrous metals wholesale, retail business, etc., and the defendant's representative B, as stated in paragraph (1) above, committed the violation in relation to the defendant's business.
