1. Defendant A (one-person “D”)

A. On August 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 140,000 won from H (one’s name “I”); (b) around August 2014, the Defendant purchased 200 million won from “E” near “G convenience stores located near J in the same day; and (c) mediated the sale and purchase of 20,000 won from “E” and “E” as above at the residence of “E”, which is located near the JJ in the same day.

B. Around September 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase B (one name “K”); (b) L (one name “M”; and (c) around “G” stores located in a place not exceeding the f in the eternist City F on September 8, 2014; (b) paid 140,000 won (for Defendant, B, 35,000 won each; L, 70,000 won each; and 70,000 won each); and (c) purchased 2 items.

C. Around September 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was administered in a dormitory of “O” located in N in Ma in Mosung City, on September 12, 2014; (b) was laid down with B along with B; (c) was heated by a rater; and (d) was administered in a way that the delay would be fast as soon as possible.

Around September 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 200,000 won from a person without the name (E), who was the son’s name (hereinafter “E”); (b) received the request to purchase three shares; and (c) received 200,000 won from the son’s name (E); and (d) purchased 3 shares from H in the vicinity of “G” convenience stores located in a place below the F in the ethic City on the same day; (c) purchased 3 shares from H in the “P” dormitory located in a place below the F in the ethic City on the same day; and (d) assisted “E” to sell and purchase 3 shares at the “P” dormitory located in the ethic City on the same day.

E. On October 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased 2 weeks from B and L.
