On June 28, 2013, around 08:25, the Defendant, while driving C tourist buses in front of the hotel in the Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, was invaded by the central line from Jeju Special Self-Governing Province's Autonomous Police Authority guidance and its autonomous mitigation D while driving C tourist buses on the front of the hotel. Accordingly, the Defendant failed to comply with the demand to present the driver's license several times.
