Punishment of the crime

However, the defendant did not intend to sell toys to the victim.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and received KRW 40,000 from the victims to the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the Defendant from February 14, 2016, and, from that time, he received the total sum of KRW 16,098,150 won from the victims over 118 times in total, including the victim’s “U” as stated in attached Table No. 2 of crime inundation No. 1, 2016.

However, the defendant did not intend to sell the above books to the victim.

The Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 70,00 from the victims to April 15, 2016, total sum of KRW 8,312,500 from the victims for sale of various kinds of valuable goods, as well as from around that time to around April 15, 2016, the victim’s “Z” listed in No. 44 per annum is revised to “A”, and the victim’s “AB” listed in No. 65 per annum is corrected to “AC”).
