A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be liable for compensation of KRW 40,000,000 to the applicant C.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on December 15, 2015, up to 2016, up to 30, posted a letter stating that toys are sold on a national website and reported it to the victim H who visited the Defendant “50,000 won in advance, to be extracted to Central Central Central Central Government, Central Government, etc., in order to send the toy.”

“A false representation was made.”

However, the Defendant did not have the above toy and did not have the intention or ability to send the above to the victim, even if he received the price for the goods from the injured party.

As above, the Defendant was transferred KRW 5,509,60 in total from 42 victims, such as by deceiving the victim as above and receiving KRW 50,000 from the bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant under the name of the victim for the consideration of goods, in the same manner as in attached Table 1, as in attached Table 1.

On November 15, 2015, the Defendant, “2016 Godan 250, 2010, 17:04, 17:04, on the Internet NAV and posted on the victim J’s website,” and, on the other hand, the Defendant would immediately send the above Rabet to the victim, “if 1:00,000 won is pre-paid, the Defendant will immediately send the above Rabet to the victim.”

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the above diskettes and did not think that he would receive money from the injured party, so there was no intention or ability to sell the above diskettes.

Around 20:10,000 won was remitted from the victim to the Busan Bank account (K) in the name of the defendant around 20:10 on the same day.

On November 24, 2015, the Defendant reported to the effect that “(14:10,000,000 won) is purchased from the victim’s Internet NAV and on the website of the country” and visited the victim to the effect that “If the victim is paid in advance the amount of KRW 40,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, it shall be immediately sent to the victim.”

The phrase “ makes a false statement.”
